Tensions between Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag got so bad on the second season of “The Hills” that MTV has been struggling to get the girls together to promote the third season. “Lauren and Heidi refused to even be in the same room as each other,” said a Hollywood insider. “They hate each other so much. In the photos on MTV’s site for the third season, they had to Photoshop Heidi in because they wouldn’t even take a picture together.” A rep for MTV had “no comment.”Hey Lauren, I think your ego is a little over inflated for someone who couldn't cut it in college particularly fashion school!
