Heidi Montag spent Valentine's with beau Spencer Pratt on a yacht – complete with roses, champagne, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Pratt also surprised her a new pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.
Montag had remained mum when asked by Usmagazine.com earlier this week about their plan.
"I'm not sure. We don't have any plans. It'll be a surprise," she told Usmagazine.com of her Valentine's plans at EA’s Burnout Paradise Valentine’s event on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Montag's former roommate Lauren Conrad kept on her clubbing spree, hitting the town with pal Audrina Patridge.
