Spencer PRATT says he will forego the CALF IMPLANTS! Probably because WE all LAUGHED at HIM!

The Hills' Spencer Pratt is not getting calf implants, contrary to a report in Star magazine last week claiming he was "insecure about his skinny legs."
"It is so incredibly not true," Pratt, 24, tells the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.
