It seems that if you want to be friends with The Hills star, 22-year old Lauren Conrad, then you’re going to need plastic surgery.

23-year old Audrina Partridge, Lauren’s current roommate, has recently had nude photos surface on the Internet, allowing Make Me Heal a glimpse of what is most certainly a set of breast implants.
Audrina’s breasts appear high and firm and don’t seem to flatten out when her arms are raised. There is also a deep cleavage and separation of the breasts, all positive indicators of having had a breast augmentation. When the photos appeared, Audrina said, “I took these photos years ago when I was just out of high school and beginning to model. I was young and very trusting of others and I didn’t know to protect myself. It is a lesson learned, for myself, and hopefully for the young girls who look up to me.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia agrees with Make Me Heal about Audrina, saying, “Very likely breast implants have been placed probably at least a year prior to the images being taken.” Which means Audrina was most likely in high school and under 18 when the breast augmentation was performed. Plastic surgeons often recommend patients be 18 before performing a breast augmentation to make sure that the patient is physically and mentally mature enough to undergo surgery.
The Hollywood Hills clan seems to be filled with plastic surgery, unless you’re Lauren Conrad.

I hope lauren doesn't cave in and have plastic surgery it would be a good way to set an example to little girls to be happy with who you are. I don't think whitney has had anything done either.
