Exactly - that's why crs said this is so sick! I could see if it was the high part of her back but that's just sick sick sick!
This really is not right. They (that family) though has always been a little too close. Brooke has walked in when her dad is in a clear shower on the show a couple times or she'll put on her skank wear and ask her daddy's approval, and he approves. It's a weird family dynamic.
