Lauren CONRAD out and about in VIDEO!
She's a little tipse but we've seen her far worse!
I can't play the video on my computer but I saw on tmz lastnight how some drunk guy jumped all in laurens face and started screaming and cursing at her and some guy she looked like she was about to cry it was crazy is this the same video I believe that's what she was wearing.
