She didn't go psycho. She seemed shocked by what the reporter said. At least now we know she was telling the truth about not knowing. I think she needs new people because the woman she was talking to looked like she didn't know neither.
I don't think that was psycho at all. She did look genuinely surprised. However, even though it was just thrown at her, why not just walk down the damn runway with a dog...It's kinda silly that she didn't.
