What you need:
1. A blender
2. Protein powder, I use EAS Myoplex packets
3. Soy Milk
4. Misc. Fruits
Use about 8-12 oz. of the soy milk, I use about three strawberries usually, a handful of blueberries or blackberries, and I use about a quarter of the packet of the protein powder, just blend it up.
You get about twenty grams of protein, very moderate carbs and its all about 250-300 calories.
If your a rebel or you want to mix it up, throw in a few walnuts.
Any fruit really works great, cherries, peaches, bananas....
