After revealing her second pregnancy in October 2013, Cavallari unveiled the baby-to-be's gender in February. "We couldn't be more excited!" Cavallari wrote via Instagram on Feb 1. Alongside the caption, she posted a picture of a mustache that read: "It's a BOY."

Cavallari previously told Us that her pregnancy cravings weren't unbearable—"I crave sweet things, but it's no different than when I'm not pregnant"—but did say she was impatient to meet her future son.
"I feel like I have a bowling ball in my stomach," she confessed to Us Weekly in April, admitting she was "counting down the days" until her May due date.
