Recently engaged Reality t.v. star Lauren Conrad recently listed a six bedroom house she owns in Laguna Beach, CA for $2.795 and picked up a new, cliff-top spread for $8.5 million. (Yes, children, we too were cowed with surprise that this gal in her late 20s can afford an $8.5 million house. However, hunties, turns out she’s not just young but very rich and currently also owns a Beverly Hills penthouse and a multi-million dollar house in Brentwood, too. Who knew? Anyways…)
