So much for Heidi and Spencer in XXX ... TMZ has learned the estranged couple has officially cut off negotiations with Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch ... telling him they're no longer interested.








Sources close to the couple tell us Spencer's rep shot a letter to Hirsch explaining, "Heidi's made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes" ... adding, "It looks like she pulled the kill switch."



The letter also explains, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."



Spencer's rep also told Hirsch that Pratt "thought $5 million would be enough to convince her, but now [Heidi] is saying she'll bring out the legal team if he persists."

Spencer says he LIED to Lauren CONRAD to get her to the wedding! Is he INSANE?

The drama between The hills star Spencer Pratt and Lauren Conrad seems to be never ending. In a new interview with NewsMagazine Pratt says he lied to Conrad in order to get her to the wedding to fulfill wife Heidi's dreams of having a dream wedding. He says: “Let me give you the exclusive right here… See, my lovely wife wanted that girl, LC, to be at our wedding, and I knew I had to do whatever as [an] almost-husband to get her dream wedding put together. So I lied and said that I made something up to make somebody feel good about themselves so that they would attend the wedding. That’s what a husband should do for a wife… Do anything at all costs to make them have their dream wedding."

Paris and SEXY BOY have a blowup! It was probably over where to put the camera to film the sex!

For the second time in less than a week, Paris Hilton turned her new neighborhood upside down -- this time cops were called to put an end to a nuclear argument.It happened at 1 AM this morning. LAPD officers were called to the home of Paris' BF, Doug Reinhardt. Paris moved in on Monday. Apparently, Paris and Doug had such a screaming argument the neighbors couldn't sleep.When cops arrived, we're told Paris and Doug wouldn't open the front gate, so they hopped the fence. Paris and Doug opened the door, cops spoke with them and the loud arguing stopped.A TMZ spy says earlier in the evening, Paris and Doug were at an event in Hollywood and had a pretty intense argument. Apparently, they took it home.The night Paris moved in, there was a ridiculously loud party and neighbors complained to cops. The next morning, six cars on the street were keyed.

SPENCER PRATT finally admits to starting the Lauren Conrad sex tape rumors!

During the panel, the 23-year-old reality TV star said that Spencer Pratt is sorry for starting the sex tape rumors. “We actually have it on tape,” Lauren said. “[Spencer] takes responsibility and apologizes for it.”
Mutual pal Brody Jenner added, “It was just so messed up that there was no fixing and they were just trying to dig their way out of this grave they dug themselves in. They knew they had spread the rumors… they were plotting and scheming to point the fingers at everybody else when everybody knew it was them who did it. There was no way of getting out of it. I think that was their desperate measure of trying to get out of it.”
It’s likely the apology will air on a future episode of The Hills.
