Spencer took to his Twitter page, tweeting, "the doctor just woke me up with a call saying i need to go to the hospital because the test i took show signs of low blood platelets!"
I took a quick trip over to WEBMD and low platelets means his blood does not clot properly so if he gets injured or cut it can be a problem. All in all, does not sound that serious.
