I'm so glad this was cleared up for me because for days now after seeing the pictures all over the place I needed this confirmation to know that it is indeed true she got a little jacked up on her birthday... I mean to be of legal age out drinking on a special occasion with your friends...and have a driver to get home...How freakin irresponsible! The nerve of this girl!
