Lauren CONRAD talks about being young and in HOLLYWOOD!

'It was probably Britney Spears? Oops!' she responded, after being asked who her teen idol was when growing up. Conrad herself is becoming just as popular with the teens today. 'It's surreal and very unexpected, and we are all grateful for it,' she said. When YoungHollywood.com correspondent, Michelle Marie asked Conrad what the most important quality she looked for in a friend she replied, 'The true test of friendship is that they'll always be there for you regardless.' She also gives a little advice at the end, 'Always be true to yourself and don't ever let what anyone says about you affect you.'
