Spencer Pratt is a top villain of reality television, TV Guide declares in its new issue. The Hills star was ranked No. 7 on the magazine's list.The Apprentice's Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth topped the list.
"As half of the unholy union that is Speidi, Spencer never misses a chance to pimp his 'romance' with Heidi Montag – or publicly trash her ex-BFF, Lauren Conrad," TV Guide says in its June 23 issue.
Watch David Letterman ask Pratt if he's a "dope" off-camera as well as on The Hills. "How'd you get on this show, as a matter of fact?" joked Letterman.
