Now, Stephen’s hanging out with another ex, Heroes star Hayden Panettiere. Hayden, fresh off her romance with Milo Ventimiglia, was spotted rebounding with ex Stephen Colletti at Eva Longoria’s Beso in Hollywood last Friday.
Stephen and Hayden dated briefly and in September 2007 called it quits because Hayden wanted to be single and mingle. Apparently Hayden had a change of heart and can’t seem to stay single as the two were seen holding hands, kissing, and being generally affectionate toward each other.
