Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt out at "Hollywood, DC:Lights! Camera! Election!" last night (October 23).
Hey SPENCER, about 150 years ago, we came up with a crazy concept called a tailor!! WOW, and they can alter jeans too! CRAZY! He looks ridiculous!

I have yet to EVER see a woman who gets lip injections look good. EVER. They all look like a bee stung em. Plastic surgery in a lot of ways is the worst thing that ever happened to people, seems like no one can undergo just one procedure. I can understand if you have some deformity but getting boobs and injecting your lips and people like Ashley Tisdale who's nose wasn't perfect but it was fine getting these things done is just crazy. There is a girl at my gym who weighs like a 100 pounds and she got these ridiculous double d fake boobs and she looks ridiculous. Here's whats crazy to me too, if you get a boob job, its not a one time deal, if you get preg and have a baby your boobs get bigger and then shrink back and guess what you have saggy skin even around your fake rack so you gotta get em done again and then the implants eventaully need to be replaced about every five to 10 years, so these 18 year old girls will most likely have atleast 6 or 7 surgeries over the course of their life all for a big ole fake rack. STUPID!!
WTF is up with Spencer's outfit? It looks like he is wearing a suit on the top half and jeans on the bottom??!! What a fool. And Heidi's shoes are UGGO!
