Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt brought their fame-seeking selves to the Dodgers game on Monday night, and were not greeted with open arms and a warm reception. On the contrary, Heidi Montag and her man found themselves the helpless victims of thousands of jeers and boos from the 36,000 people in the stands at the baseball game. Even if you’re as egotistical as, that’s got to hurt the self-esteem just a bit!
The booing took place when Heidi and Spencer’s images were flashed on the big screen in the middle of the game. At the time, the two were doing their best to look like real fans of the baseball game as opposed to just the fame-hungry couple we’ve come to know them as.
But even though they had on their most dashing Dodger gear, and a big foam finger (because nothing says, “I’m not here for a photo op” like a big foam finger”), the crowd erupted in a chorus of boos. You can’t please everyone!
and have become more famous than ever lately- and not for their illustrious work on The Hills, but rather for the terrible photo ops they stage for themselves on a regular basis.
A prime example of this absurdity took place on Mother’s Day, when the two staged a photo op with Heidi’s mom, a bouquet of flowers, a large card, and two very fake smiles. Hey, at least the flowers were real!
Well it seems that the public- or at least serious baseball fans have had it. They’ve got more important things to worry about than what those two crazy kids from The Hills are up to. We can’t help thinking Lauren Conrad would have loved to have been in the crowd at this particular baseball game!
