Lauren Conrad a bridesmaid not yet a bride!

Preparing for her own "I Do's"! Lauren Conrad spent her weekend serving as a bridesmaid in the wedding of longtime friend Maura McManus. On Saturday, Aug. 16, the fashion designer, 28, posted several Instagram shots from the Ojai, Calif. service and reception, which used the hashtag "#oehmsweetoehm."

Bestselling author Conrad wore a cream, floor-length bridesmaid gown and wore her blonde locks down with large waves.

Her fiance William Tell also attended the festivities (she Instagrammed his name card), but the weekend was mostly about spending time with old friends. The former reality star posed in several photos with Laguna Beach and Hills costar Lo Bosworth and childhood pal Jilly Hendrix, who were also bridesmaids.

Laguna Beach all these years later......

So MTV is doing a retro day and reshowing Laguna, Season 2....

So all these years later, here are my thoughts...

Lauren has taken full advantage of the fame that came with the show and clearly remains the most famous of all of the cast.  I am surprised she hasn't found love and gotten married.  Knowing HS relationships rarely work out I am not surprised things did not work out with Jason or Stephen.

Am i surprised Kristin has not had more success?  Yes!!!!  I thought she would become a mega brand as well but i think her personality and not being nearly as affable as Lauren plays into that.  She got her QB too!  And a baby!

No shock on Jason, I thought he was a loser on the show and he has continued to be one off, he is the typical spoiled rich kid whose family money crippled him.

Stephen, I am surprised he found acting On One Tree and was actually watchable, i think he has a future in hosting.  Not surprised he's not married yet either.

Laguna is a good lesson for all HS age kids, have fun, don't invest too much in HS relationships, they don't last and realize while in the moment HS seems so important, it's really not a big deal.  Most of your lifelong friends will come in college.

I am surprised some of the bit players didn't make more of the opportunity.

Ten years from now, Lauren will probably still be in the news, Kristin and Stephen less so and it will be harder than ever to find info on the others.

I would luv to see MTV reunite the cast for two weeks somewhere but i doubt it will happen with everyone's schedule but it would be fun to see a few eps of the old gang staying under one roof.  So we'll just have to follow along as best we can with the help of twitter and the internet.

I  would also settle for another Lauren or Stephen or Kristin reality show, they would all be good tv.  Stephen and his GF or Lauren's life or Kristin and her baby.

It was a fun show that we all would loved to see LC and Stephen end up together but reality often ends up like real life in the end with HS being just that, a temporary stop in life.

Who will and won't make the cut on Kristin Cavallari's wedding invite list?

Talk about a reality snub -- Kristin Cavallari won't be sharing her big day with her former 'Hills' co-stars. The 'Laguna Beach' bred beauty plans to tie the knot with fiance, Jay Cutler, next spring but is already axing former BFs and BFFs from her guest list, according to E! Online.


Who won't be making the cut? Brody Jenner, Justin Bobby, Whitney Port, Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag can all count themselves among the snubbed. But why so harsh when it comes to her exes? Cavallari told E's Ryan Seacrest that her relationships with both Jenner and Bobby were fake.(Huh? She dated Brody long before the Hills?  That was fake?) But one ex who can count himself among the lucky few who will see the blond bombshell walk down the aisle is 'Laguna Beach' boyfriend, Stephen Coletti.

"We're really good friends," she said of Coletti who is now dating Disney and 'Dancing with the Stars' darling, Chelsea Kane.


But no word yet as to whether the two Cavallari beaus, Cutler and Coletti, will become bros -- they "haven't met yet," she said.


Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt can also count themselves in on the invite list, as long as they promise to leave the cameras at the door. When it comes to your average over-exposed, reality celeb wedding, Cavallari is saying no way.

"Jay hates all that stuff," she said.

In 2007, Kane played her first starring role as well as her first theatrical role, in the theatrical motion picture Bratz: The Movie as Meredith Baxter Dimly, the film's primary antagonist. She performs two of the songs on the film's soundtrack.



In 2008, she acted in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Minutemen, as Stephanie Jameson. She appeared in one episode of Wizards of Waverly Place, and she appeared in the movie Starstruck. She played the role of Stella Malone, the stylist and long time best friend of the band JONAS in the Disney Channel series Jonas L.A.. In 2010, Kane began co-starring in the Disney Channel animated series Fish Hooks voicing the role of Bea.



In 2010, Kane filmed a web series called "The Homes" directed by John Cabrera. The series premiered on January 27, 2011 on LOCKERZ.com.



In February 2011, Kane was announced as a dancing contestant on season 12 of Dancing with the Stars. Her professional partner was announced in March and it was Dancing with the Stars two-time champion, Mark Ballas. The season began on March 21, 2011.

Taylor Swift has cited "Grey’s Anatomy" as her favorite TV show, and she picked it as one of the first places to air her current single "White Horse." But when it came time to make a video for the song, she went back to another show with a personal history to find the right male guest.

Stephen is the second "Tree Hill" star to appear in one of Taylor’s videos: Tyler Hilton was featured in the video for "Teardrops On My Guitar."


Still, it’s another TV slot that has Taylor amped up this week. She’s slated as the musical guest on NBC’s "Saturday Night Live," hosted this weekend by "How I Met Your Mother" star Neil Patrick Harris. He has kind of been the most successful of all the Laguna kids that went into acting and music.

What's the deal with B. Davis?

Everyone else is happy, but she's just been stripped of everything. MS: You know, Brooke in many ways -- I don't know if I've ever said this out loud -- feels a lot like Karen to me. Because Karen had been very solitary in raising Lucas. It wasn't until she got closer to Keith -- and Lucas was a senior in high school by then -- that she sort of allowed her heart to let somebody in, since having been burned by Dan. And Brooke also feels like she's chosen this solitary existence. And I think, for the fans, they feel like, if not Lucas, then no one. But we're doing this little dance with Owen right now, which we will follow up on. [Stephen] Colletti is returning, so Chase is in the mix. And there are other directions to go, too. But ultimately, I think the questions are more about Brooke and the choices she's made. Is she going to change her ways or is she going to be solitary as she continues her life? And that's interesting to me.
