Zolciak, as it turns out, is no stranger to scandal. As a teenager in Windsor Locks, Conn., she had a high-profile affair with a police sergeant, John MacDougald.
According to the Hartford Courant, Zolciak was “16 or 17” when the romance began and allegedly a witness in a criminal investigation at the time.
McDougald, a 25-year veteran of the police department, copped to the affair-but insisted that the relationship started after the case was closed.
The scandal helped touch off an internal investigation in the Windsor Locks police department-where allegations of secret tapings, sexual-assault charges and cover-ups flew.

I went to school with Kim and was very good friends with John McDougald's son (who passed in 1997). I've left a few comments on other blogs but they are never posed. Kim has always been a backstabber and a liar. We heard the "cancer" story in highschool. She has a very bad rep in Windsor Locks. She even had "affairs" with both of John's sons (among many other married and/or taken men).I also believe that Big Pappa's pic was posted on classmates.com. She has a posting there, W.L. class of "96 but the pic has since been removed. He is a white male, looked to be in his 40's. No one famous-at least not by celebrity gossip standards. But this could have been another flig of hers. But it was posted less then 3 years ago.

I also grew up in Windsor Locks. I knew Kim and the MacDougald family very well. I never did like her at all she was a slut and liked to ruin the family lives of others. All she ever thought about was herself and getting any guy into bed. Im not sure about her having an "affair" with Johns sons, But i know for sure she was with John Because she was bragging about it to me at a party. And he admitted it to me after i asked him about.
