OLD Lauren CONRAD was a REAL DRUNK MESS on HALLOWEEN 2008!
She really needs to learn to say enough is enough with her drinking! She is 23 now, she knows how much she can drink! Time to grow up Lauren!

In all honesty those pictures donot prove that she's drunk so let it go. Unless you were there you can't say she was drunk.
I can say she was drunk when there are people holding her up and eyes are crossed, its not like LC isn't drunk every other day!
