Reality TV vixen, Lauren Conrad, has put her West Hollywood house on the market for a whopping $11,000 a month! LC's realtor, Jana Kartchner opened up to RadarOnline.com about the property and clued us in on the details.
You too can live in the Hills girl's digs if you can spend the bucks and meet the qualifactions deemed necessary by Miss Kartchner...now that's a power trip! Busy Jana claims she is, "showing the house to realtors with qualified clients...we don't want a star bus pulling in front of the house and people running through it."
The house was listed last week, but if you have the dough and meet the qualifications, you have to wait one more week to view it. The property is still getting work done on it, like painting.
Jana makes sure to add, "I love Lauren, she's great...I helped her buy this house...and get another place!" For a fee and commission, who wouldn't love LC? Even Heidi would for the right price!
The realtor explains to us that the hefty pricetag is not inflated because of LC's celeb status. Sure. Does 11K for a 4 bedroom house seem like a steal to you?
I'll bet you to rent it that it comes down to $7,000!

I still don't understand why she is selling that house and bought that tiny condo. It seems crazy.
