She dresses crappy all the time - this is NOT new!
This is true-she always dresses crappy.
I never understood the fuss over her and her fashion sense.
I always thought it was sh*tty and would never look to her for fashion advice!
Everyone once in awhile she looks cute but on a scale of 1-10, I would give her a 4 in general.
