Heidi Montag’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff, apparently doesn’t trust her daughter’s fiance, Spencer Pratt.
Her mom’s fury is unleashed in the latest issue of Us Weekly. Darlene fumes, “I don’t trust Spencer. He wants to possess her more than marry her. I’m very frightened for her.”
Hey, Heidi's mom, get a life and stay off the cover of US pretending like you give two shizzs about your daughter!

You go to a magazine for that, give me a break! She loves the attention. She couldn't give two shits about Heidi. Why do you think Heidi moved in with Lauren after hs? Her and her parents did not get along.
Her mom seemed 'normal' on the show but what a sell out to get a magazine cover. It's sad!
I never thought she seemed normal on the show.
Yeah, she is entitled to feel that way about him, that's perfectly fine.
However, going to a magazine to blurb about it-not so great. It does seem like a ploy to get attention.
Haven't some people heard of taking the high road and just not responding to these type things-well at least not to mags or paps?
I don't care who you are, once your kids are outta the house, they make their own decisions, good or bad, Heidi's mom would be smart to support her daughter, the more she says bad about Spencer the more Heidi will cling to him.
I think it's hilarious that she says she think Spencer probably had Heidi drugged to get her to marry him. I almost dont doubt that...Is it just me or does Spencer seem so creepy and could totally become abusive. Maybe not beat the crap out of her...but there is a Scott Peterson quality the guy has. I mean I am so happy that my husband loves me but I am super glad that he's not obbsessed with me.It's creepy!
