Lauren CONRAD's 23rd B-DAY dress - what a RIPOFF for a WRECK!
Her dress is Proenza Schouler. You can buy it at Kirna Zabete online. It cost $3,800.00! Its ugg and based on everything I have read everyone agrees with me!

I think the dress looks good and looks good on her. Not $3800 worth...but hey...I don't have money to burn like that. My guess is this was a freebie...one of her perks for always being photographed.
