Want to RENT Lauren CONRAD'S house? It's just $11,000.00 per month!

She is renting it for about twice her carrying cost. I doubt she'll get it, rent needs to come down to probably no more than 7K.
She's paying $15,000 a month for that condo that she and Lo currently live in
I heard that too, I would love to see the inside of that condo, it must be crazy!
If its furnished then 11000 might be an ok price.
Probably smart she's not selling the place. I'm sure she'll want to move back once the shows over, and the paps leave her alone.
It will be interesting if the neighbors ever embrace her.
