A heated exchange between Pratt and Cameron Huston at Coco De Ville on January 17th turned bloody when Spencer lost his temper.
An eyewitness told press, “Cameron had to be taken to a local hospital. There was blood; there was screaming. It was a major scene.”

Cameron’s mom Cica Huston insists that her son was unfairly treated by the “Hills” star, telling press, “Spencer’s attack was completely unprovoked.”
Cameron looks like little girl, I can actually see Spencer kicking his ass! Coco de Ville though is a big celebrity/papparazzi hangout so I'm a little skeptical of the story.
